Rental week is from Sunday to Sunday (unless otherwise noted). Maximum occupancy is six.

Nightly rental may be available in the off season (2 night minimum). The rate for nightly rentals is $350 for two people, $50 each additional adult, $25 each additional child. Check availability calendar for details.
Rates do not include 1% Block Island Housing Tax.

Maximum occupancy is six. Bed linens are provided; please bring your own towels. Smoke-free. Children are welcome. Sorry, no pets. Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 11am. Please come to the Rose Farm Inn office to check-in. Cleaning and linen changes are provided every Sunday. Full payment is required on nightly and one week rentals upon contract signing. 50% payment is required on rentals two weeks or longer. Final payment plus a $500 security deposit is due one month prior to arrival, $300 security deposit for nightly rentals. Separate checks please. Refunds will be made only to the extent another guest rebooks for the same rental period. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for processing any refunds. |
